I’m Bruno E. Kacaj, founder of LeBrun Foods, a private chef service based in Mykonos built around precision, discipline, and a clear focus on nutrition and wellness.
I’ve worked across Europe in high-level kitchens in Athens, Mykonos, and London, where I developed a strong foundation in fine dining and high-performance environments. I spent five years as a Sous Chef at Principote Mykonos, followed by two years at Annabel’s in London, refining both my technical execution and attention to detail at the highest standard.
Alongside restaurant work, I’ve operated as a private chef for professional athletes and ultra-high-net-worth individuals. That experience shaped how I approach food today everything is tailored, intentional, and aligned with the individual. Performance, recovery, and lifestyle are always considered, without sacrificing quality or experience.
I am currently advancing my expertise through Level 4 Nutrition studies, specializing in wellness and longevity. This perspective shapes my philosophy as a private chef, where luxury dining meets performance, balance, and long-term wellbeing.
LeBrun Foods reflects that direction. My work now is focused on delivering private dining that integrates refined cuisine with structured nutrition built specifically around each client’s needs, goals, and daily demands.
